Proceed out of Reigate along the A217 Bell Street in a southerly direction towards Horley and Gatwick.  After approximately one mile and on approaching a set of traffic lights at Woodhatch continue straight over into Dovers Green Road.  After a further mile at Sidlow the road name changes to Reigate Road.  Continue along this road and after passing the Hookwood sign followed by open countryside on the left the property will be found on the left after ? mile.
