Proceed off Reigate’s one way system away from the town centre over the railway level crossing and up the A217 Reigate Hill.  After about ¾ mile and immediately after passing the Reigate Manor Hotel and a garage on the left hand side turn left into Beech Road.  The property will be found a short way along on the right hand side.
