  Directions

From Reigate town centre proceed south along the A217 Bell Street signposted for Gatwick and Brighton.  After approximately one mile and upon reaching a set of traffic lights continue straight over and take the next turning on the right immediately before the Beehive Public House.  The house will be found after about a third of a mile on the left hand side.

Location

The cottage is located towards the outskirts of Reigate about one and half miles to the south of the town centre and about a third of a mile from open countryside.  There are local shops and schools situated in the immediate vicinity whilst the town centre provides a variety of restaurants and an interesting range of shops including a supermarket.  Reigate has a railway station with a limited service to London whilst for travel by road the M25 motorway can be joined at the top of Reigate Hill (junction 8) approximately three and a half miles distant and Gatwick Airport is approximately six miles to the south.

Description

A very well presented detached locally listed period cottage which has undergone extensive refurbishment and the addition of a self contained annexe to provide extremely versatile family accommodation.  The cottage retains much character whilst benefiting from the comforts expected for modern day living.  Some of these include a spacious fully tiled wet room on the ground floor, an elegant period style bathroom upstairs and a fitted kitchen.  The property is set in a good sized plot with garden extending mainly to the south of the cottage and ample off road parking to the front.  An internal inspection is highly recommended to appreciate the layout, space and presentation.
